Affordable online community colleges for non-residents

Washtenaw Community College in Michigan charges $123 per credit hour for out-of-state students and $124 per credit hour for international students.  That must have been an interesting meeting when they decided to charge one dollar more.  Note that there is a $10 per credit hour technology fee.

Wow, this is a great find, not bad at all...  I wonder if there are other community colleges that offer their science courses for this cheap (besides NMJC, etc), for example, this community college offers Organic Biochemistry and Organic Chemistry I & II in a virtual classroom for a very affordable price...

The rate for STLCC online courses is $122.00 per credit hour for residents and $125 an hour for out-of-district, Midwest Student Exchange, and out-of-state students.
