It's a smart move by SNHU hiring local instructors to teach students thereby lowering the tuition costs for folks living in India. SNHU also offers degrees taught entirely in Spanish for students in Latin America but with the same diploma as English-speaking students. 

I am sure with local support you can have a better chance finding a job in India as a mid-life career changer
