Admin Info-Help Private Forum Access

I am a paying member but when I click on the private forum it says there is nothing and it didnt seem to accept my user ID and Password that I used to access the Flashcards.
Any Ideas on where to get help

Make sure you've linked the 2 logins so you can use the same login for the IC flashcards and Degree Forum. If that doesn't work, try PMing the webmaster
