I am a bit confused. I thought that I had read in an older thread that you should add ALEKS courses to your ACE transcript 2 different ways. I can't find the thread now, can someone shed some light on this please.
Thank you!

Elaborate on two different ways... I'm only aware of one method for adding courses to your ACE transcript, i.e., my courses > add course > (whatever search criteria) > enter date completed > add

I thought that there was another name (an acronym) that you add it under. I should have bookmarked the thread!

No there is not 2 different ways its just the one way. If there is a second way that was probably a very old version or a thread thats is long outdated.

Further to that, why would you need add it a different way to ACE? It's just going to be in ace anyway!
I think the only different was, ACE Credit courses and the ACPE credit courses... but it goes in the same.
ALEKS ACE Credit Instructions Link: https://www.aleks.com/about_aleks/ace_credit
ALEKS Independent Students Link: https://www.aleks.com/independent/students/ace_credit
Those are similar instructions found on or from ACE website below:
In order to take advantage of the guaranteed acceptance for Alternative Credit Project Ecosystem (ACPE) courses by participating institutions, students must follow these steps to request an official ACE transcript:
Create an account with ACE's Registry and Transcript System.
Search for the organization name "Alternative Credit Project Ecosystem."
Select the ACPE courses you have completed. The course request is sent automatically to the course provider to review.
You will receive an email notification once the organization has reviewed your course requests; please ensure all courses have been approved before ordering a transcript.
Identify the institution(s) you would like ACE to send your transcript to on your behalf.
Pay the fee to create an account and for each transcript requested.
Your selected institution(s) will receive your ACE transcript and you should follow-up directly with the institution(s) with any questions about the application of transfer credit.
Note: ACPE courses and courses completed from other ACE CREDITÂ client organizations will appear on the same transcript.

I think OP is talking about the Alternative Credit Project (ACP) but I don't think that Aleks is part of that consortium.

This was my thought too, they're probably referring to ACP. While that is definitely something you can do with some ACP providers, as ELSADDIQ stated, ALEKS is not part of ACP (and never has been).
