Ace account for Canadian no SSN

I activated a Sophia account last week. Have now completed courses, more to come. Want to apply to the big 3 for evaluation for Bachelors degree. Please advise how I open an ace account to move my Sophia to the appropriate school. WhenI am trying to create the Ace account it asks for my SSN (don't have) or my student number. My sophia account has not generated me a student number or any number for that matter. Please advise as Sophia messaging is also not working. Couldn't find relevant info in the links.

It's just an identification field. Many colleges will not accept a transcript without a secondary identifier, such as student number, DOB, or home address.

As mentioned - You can try entering in something in there, if it doesn't work, leave it blank as it is an optional field...
When I set mine up, I left it blank as I don't want anyone knowing my confidential info.
In previous posts, I recommended to skip that field as it's not really required.
