Any independent study course can typically be finished quickly. Baker College and Colorado Technical University are RA and have short terms; I think they're either 6 or 8 weeks. Baker College is on the quarter-hour system, so take that into consideration when looking at cost of the course or ease of transfer to semester hour schools. I could not speak to CTU's credit system or cost.
Also, most community colleges are into their summer term, and the ones I've glanced at lately for a last course slot I need to plan still have 1 or 2 sessions. Pensacola State College has summer sessions C and D still open and not started, and I think D only runs 4 or 6 weeks, with C starting two weeks earlier and ending on the same date as D. I'm sure other community colleges have similar schedules with online course options (and those should be some of your least expensive solutions).
