COSC, Excelsior, TESU, they all have come through with many changes and most likely this is due to accreditation requirements. Previously, there were no capstones/cornerstones, these changes are for the better as it keeps their courses and requirements current for accreditation purposes.
Even their textbook editions have changed for a few of their courses, it may be the same book but with minor additions and changes... For UMPI, their major change was modifying 30 alternative credits to 90 total for the YourPace programs, otherwise they wouldn't even be in the picture!
Anyways, I've copy/pasted my question from this thread to here, as this is the specific cert that person is looking at from Coursera:

Someone just asked me, for those courses that have peer reviewed assignments or assessments, if no one peer reviews them, they can or can't get the credit for the courses? I don't remember, I went into one of the courses and there was a message that prompted me to "peer review more submissions so they could get credit - something along the lines of that" and their submissions were way back in Feb of this year. I don't recall, will you get the ACE credit without the peer reviews?
