I agree; the ability to essentially retake them forever until you get the grade that you want/need and only pay a little extra is invaluable. None of the alt providers allow that and most RA courses limit the number of retakes as well even while you pay out the nose for each try. $25 per attempt + $400 is a steal.
I only wish, as others have already stated, that they had a few more courses on offer.

So You have two tabs open?
Two browsers, one tab in each. PSI browser does the watching. FireFox is where the exam happens. Or Chrome instead of FireFox, if that's your thing.
Detailed process:
- Open up browser of choice.
- Navigate to course with exam.
- Choose exam section. You will have to read or acknowledge multiple things before gaining access to the exam.
- The final page will have the exam code and a link to "start the exam check" or something like that.
- Click on link. This will open a new tab to download the PSI browser. You can leave this tab open or close it as soon as the browser is downloaded.
- Return to original tab, copy exam code.
- Open/run the browser file to install it. Do this even if you already have the browser installed on your computer.
- Enter exam code into the box in the PSI browser when prompted. Right-click does not work, you must use Ctrl-V.
- Begin verification & room scan process. The whole thing will take 5-7 minutes.
- When it tells you to start the exam (I forget the exact phrasing), LEAVE THE BROWSER OPEN and return to the original browser.
- Click on the blue-grey rectangular button that says something like "start the exam".
- Answer exam questions!
- When all exam questions have been answered (for ASU, you'll need to click the yellow submit button for each one, just like with the course content), click the "end exam" button that is near the timer. Make sure you fully end the exam.
- Return to the PSI browser and click "close browser" button that is near the recording screen. It will ask if you are sure. Click yes.
- Sit back, relax, wait for proctoring to be verified.
As soon as you've finished the exam, you can click on the "progress" tab up top to see what your final score/grade is for the course. It will usually be a couple of days before you get the email that you have passed the proctoring requirements.

Yes, that's a good idea. The practice exam is almost exactly the same as the real thing.

The first time is always very nerve-racking. Unless your desk area was covered with forbidden materials, you're probably good.

I just finished the Astronomy course and almost certainly failed the proctoring requirements. This was my first "real" college class (as opposed to Sophia, Study.com, etc.) and I was very impressed with the quality of the instruction and assignments. Despite missing out on the credit, the class was extremely enjoyable. I'm glad I took it.

What makes you think you failed the proctoring requirements? Did you forget to show your paper(s) to the camera?
