For these ASU courses, you have to follow several steps. First, as you've done, ensure that everything on the grades page is done and has an acceptable final grade. Next, at the very bottom of the course modules page, there is a link that says click here when done with your course. Click on that and click the confirmation button. Then wait a few days. Soon, the course should show up on your ASU ULC dashboard as available for transcription. Follow the prompts to add it to your transcript. Then it should show up on your unofficial transcript which you can verify at my.asu.edu.
If any of that doesn't work or if something doesn't show up, email support and ask for help.
