Templates: High School/Home School Diploma & Transcript

Hey, a few home schooled parents are looking to create their own "diploma" and was wondering where to get these templates or how to create them.  I've never really needed to do a template for these but does anyone have templates?  Further to this, they're looking for templates to create a transcript.  For future institutions they'll be applying to (NA and RA), they need to fill in the courses completed at home... anyone got dibs on these transcript templates as well?  Thanks in advance!
