17 credit hours, fulfills all TESU ASNSM Math AoS requirements, for approximately $450? Is that correct?

I don't think so, I think the EDX courses come in as duplicates, otherwise, that should work as that does equal 17 credits!
Two of them come in as Math 399 or something like that, while the other one doesn't duplicate, hmm... email TESU!

Yes, your calculations are correct. TESU awards 9 credits for the 3 parts of EdX's DiffE sequence by BU.
Remember to request the SL credit via the Alternative Credit Project to receive the 4 credits...

They are not duplicates. X99 is a generic course code. I have multiple graduate credits evaluated as AOJ 499. None of them duplicate.

That's an awesome option for ASNSM... Math, but I am more into the Biology one...
It's just me, I want something more in the Biology field. Good luck, it should work.

I know, right? It's crazy. But if it makes TESU happy, then take that ASNSM-Maths & RUUUUN!
Awesome on the Bio...that is way outside my wheelhouse! Hope yours goes well!

I believe so, but anyone looking at the transcript would probably think it was crazy that the AoS had only I and II and Diff Eq.
Actually I believe you would not even need Calc II. Stats may be enough.
Although someone should know II before doing Diff Eq.
SL is cheaper with coupons.

Have you already taken Calc I and II before? The Diff Eq midterm is coming up for the first course.

Ideas Wrote:Have you already taken Calc I and II before? The Diff Eq midterm is coming up for the first course. Took Calc 1 a while back. All my study time right now has to go into completing my BSBA, so even IF I knew Calc 1 and 2 there's no way I would try the EdX stuff.
I just wondered if I was looking at the AoS requirements the right way. If I get the TESU BSBA this summer, I think I have a year to try and fit in another degree.
Right now it looks like I can get a:
San Jacinto College AS, Mathematics if I CLEP Calculus 1 ($150), and take San Jac's Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, and Calculus 2 online in one semester ($1005). So 4 courses and $1155 before books. OR,
TESU, ASNSM, Mathematics if I Straighterline Calculus 1 & 2 ($300), and take San Jac's Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, and Calculus 3 online in one semester ($1005). So 5 courses and $1305 before books.
I am still open to ideas for getting it done on the cheap. I do see that SL coupons are out there. And who knows what else is out there that I haven't uncovered. If the EdX offer comes up again down the road, I'll probably jump on it.

For TESU, you could do just one San Jac course if you added Stats and Geometry. Much cheaper.
