I think I will keep them separate- my registrar (not one of the big 3) is already confused because I am taking these tests in high school. Apparently, they haven't seen that before???
Also, for AP tests, is just putting your college code down when you take it good enough? If I can, I am trying to avoid any "outside" transcripts.
Thanks for your help!

For whatever reason, CLEP and DSST don't especially like that route and make it harder than the otherwise simple process of electronically adding a course/exam to your transcript. al2010's point is valid, keeping these separate is good. Furthermore, if you apply anywhere outside the big 3, your perfectly good CLEP credit may encounter a roadblock appearing on an ACE transcript. I'm pretty sure that this will completely confuse the registrar at a traditional college. Best bet- keep CLEP and DSST on original transcripts, and keep ACE on ACE.
