ACE transcript

Hello! I am curious to know if

1. If you take classes from straighterline and Align degree will you have 2 different ACE transcripts or will they all be listed in one?

2. If I was to take classes through Align degree, I know TESC would not list the grade on the transcript but would the ACE transcript list a grade? I am wondering because I am looking for graded credits for when I apply to grad school.

ACE will list all of your sources on one transcript once they are approved. For mine it has things from a past employer, ALEKS, and NFA courses all on one. Since ACE lists things as "completed" they don't list grades so you shouldn't expect that to carry over credits for letter grades. If you're getting things graded at the source then depending on your school they might be able to look at their documentation to see how you did on the classes. My grad school did not want anything but my TESC transcript but each school seems to be different.

You set up a single account with ACE and request that all credits be added to your ACE account. You don't get two ACE transcripts. For example, I took courses from Straighterline, TEEX, ALEKS, Penn Foster etc and I had all my credits deposited in my ACE account. When I was ready to transfer them to TESC, I requested an ACE transcript and it contained all courses from those multiple sources- just in one single transcript.

ACE transcripts do not list grades, and TESC does not award grades for ACE courses. TESC only lists CR on your transcript. If you need number grade for your courses, I think COSC and maybe Excelsior would be your best bet.
