I have a pile of certificates and diplomas that could carry college credit from Canada England and the US. what are the costs involved. Please tell me your
experience. Do these institutes have a file of courses they reviewed and you pay a fee or do most courses in general have to be reviewed. Is it worth the
time and monet or is best to do the CLEP INSTANTCERT and EXCELSIOR
