I looked around before posting here but couldn't find an answer. On an ACE transcript, will that show the letter grade and/or grade percentage for each class?

No, the ACE transcript is just a list of courses you've completed. If you score below the 70% threshold, it just doesn't appear on your ACE transcript. They are generally evaluated as CR or PASS.
