Study.com has never been through ACE itself when it comes to TESU. You have to send a transcript directly from SDC to TESU. If you have an active subscription, there is a button on your "My Courses" page to send a transcript to an institution. If you don't have an active subscription, see this link: https://support.study.com/support/soluti...rsity-tesu-

Alright, so it's getting kind of tough to sift through all of the information.
Straighterline didn't take long at all to update badges on my account. For them, I just requested a transcript be sent to American Council on Education. Also got a copy of it for myself just to have a PDF saved in my email. Today I got an email to accept my badges.
Study.com was instant! Requested a transcript, put American Council on Education in the space for institution, it asked me how I wanted it sent, and I clicked ACE via Credly, and less than a minute later my email notifications started going off.
Sounds like Sophia has to be contacted and asked to manually key the courses in.
For the alt credit providers who are in the loop (Straighterline, Study), this is a painless process! I'm hoping the others follow in their footsteps.
TESU BSBA Gen Mgmt - In progress
Straighterline - 72 credits
Sophia - 35 credits
Study.com - 21 credits
TEEX - 6 credits
East MS CC, Jackson State CC, Univ of TN at Martin, Olivet Nazarene, TESU - 27 credits
Goal: teaching cert, state of GA

Absolutely not true. Study.com was through ACE for a long time before TESU changed their policy.

Some (only a handful probably) players have already setup the process with Credly, but the majority are still playing catch-up. I've got my StraighterLine and Study.com already in Acclaim/Credly's system. But my Penn Foster, Sophia.org, TEEX, and whatever else I haven't looked at, isn't in there... I know that some will NOT go into the new system as they've moved on and no longer will be ACE recommended, namely Shmoop. I highly doubt some of the FREE ones such as the Kaplan PLA and more will show up, and any of these providers who stopped going the ACE route a while ago...

You are an expert on alternative education, I think.

I can still login to my Shmoop account and it lists all the certificates that I completed there. Those certificates are terrible with that dog on them, but they still exist at Shmoop and they have a UUID at the bottom which maybe has some kind of functionality. I also never delete emails, so there is a record of each evaluation happening for previous credits. I even downloaded digital badges from Ed4Credit and I am sure that no one has even thought about a way to upload previous digital badges into this system.

BTW, my suggestion to anyone who has sent a transcript to anyone recently. Call or message the receiver of the transcript. Ask them to send you a copy.

That's great advice. I was actually just thinking this earlier since I sent my ACE transcript not long ago.

In positive news, I got on a chat with Sophia again and once again inquired about my credits being added to Credly Acclaim. Rather than tell me it wasn't possible, they said they would have to put in a request with their IT department to populate them manually. After a couple of hours, I checked on Credly and sure enough 10 of the 15 classes have been added. I'll keep an eye out for the other five.
I emailed Shmoop and they answered essentially saying "We ended our partnership with ACE and don't do classes for college credit anymore." I'm trying to explain the platform switch to Credly Acclaim, but I have a feeling no action will be taken.
