Per my earlier post, I was able to get my transcript request in earlier today. But when I refreshed the Transcript page to see if the school had viewed the transcript yet, it just disappeared, along with all the account and login information. In its place is a page that tells you to get transcripts from Acclaim.
I cannot believe they did this, in spite of the fiasco it has caused!!! Total insanity.
I just emailed them to ask how to get all kinds of old stuff onto Credly. Let's see if I ever get a transcript. I'm going to doubt it.
This is going to throw a monkey wrench into so many people's plans...

I requested mine tonight at about 6:00 central time and now the page has totally changed and you can't log in anywhere. I had a course added today and barely got my transcript sent over to TESU in the nick of time.

At the bottom of the page that comes up when you go to your login page - if you still have your link - it has a section about past coursework and if the provider isn't on Credly. They will still send a paper transcript. The first one is $20 and afterwards they're $15.

ACE Working Transcripts
If you’ve completed and passed a course or exam that carries ACE recommendations, and your provider has not begun issuing Digital Credentials through Acclaim, then you are eligible to order an official transcript through November 2020 that can be sent securely to an institution of your choice. The ACE transcript verifies your credential for a college or employer, and includes information on the learning outcomes, competencies, credit recommendations, and other details about the course you passed. Recipients can use it to grant you college credit, satisfy degree requirements, or verify skills required for a job opportunity. If you have taken training at your workplace or an examination for a professional certification or license which has not been evaluated by ACE's College Credit Recommendation Service (CREDIT ), the training would not be included on the ACE transcript. However, many colleges and universities have transfer policies and prior learning assessment programs that provide opportunities for you to submit those learning experiences for potential college credit. Learn more about credit for prior learning.
ACE transcripts are currently ordered through the ACE Transcript Registry System until October 2020. When you request a transcript, the provider of the course will approve the request before it is sent. Your first transcript order costs $20, and each subsequent order costs $15. In order to request a transcript, you’ll need to have information about the courses you’ve taken and dates you completed them, as well as where and to whom you’d like the transcript sent.

I can't believe they did that after they removed the warning that they were going to do so. I thought they might remove the ability to continue adding courses but they'd keep the old ones around because they removed the warning. I feel bad for everyone whose plans are getting messed up because of this.

I do still have the student login link. It now displays this message:
Note: The ACE CREDIT Portal is for staff and organizations only. If you are a student and want to review your account or order a transcript, please go to the ACE CREDIT Registry and Transcript System.

Interesting. My student login link brings me to that webpage I shared previously. Their system is sooooo messed up.

There is no way to order a transcript anymore. If you try to click on any of the links, you get sent around in circles. It's gone. Even the dates in your post say October & November and it is now (or soon will be in a couple of hours) December.

Maybe you need to call them? I'm just sharing what is on their website. I didn't say it made any sense. They claim they're still offering paper transcripts for previous coursework.

But nowhere does it say paper and nowhere does it say it'll be offered after November 2020? It says "transcripts" which could be paper or electronic and it says " If you’ve completed and passed a course or exam that carries ACE recommendations, and your provider has not begun issuing Digital Credentials through Acclaim, then you are eligible to order an official transcript through November 2020 that can be sent securely to an institution of your choice." That pretty clearly says that the transcript service is over now that they've pulled the switch.

Best thing to do is probably call them. I know my Sophia courses only show the November courses on Credly which is a HUGE problem for people. I know they offer electronic transcripts through Parchment, but you've said TESU won't accept those. This whole situation is a HUGE mess.
