Hi everyone,
I thought I'd ask here since I know quite a few of you have taken Penn Foster courses. After speaking with Bricabrac, it sounds like PF is the best option for me when it comes to completing my finance & strategic management requirements. I've got a few questions regarding the process.
1. When taking individual courses, is the total cost just the cost of the course? I see that many of the courses are around $240; are there additional fees such as admissions, etc?
2. Are you able to start courses immediately? I noticed some classes had "webinars", and I wasn't sure if these webinars followed specific dates based on semesters, etc.
3. Does PF use their own books, or are these books that can be acquired elsewhere? I've heard that PF mails students their books; my local library has a TON of school text books and I may be able to borrow them for free without having to wait.
4. Has anyone had issues having PF credits transfer to TESC?
Thanks everyone, sorry for all the questions lately.
Kas
