A Reminder for the Biology CLEP test
#1
Just a heads up for the Biology CLEP test if you haven't touched on Biology in a few years, in Taxonomy it no longer starts with Kingdom, it starts with Domain. The reason i'm saying this is a few of the materials I started using are out of date. I know your not supposed to use Wiki for much of anything, but the chart on the right and some of the information in the article will help to find better resources on it, incase it's on the CLEP test. I'm taking it tomorrow morning at 10:30, and i'll try to give good feedback on the biology CLEP test for those who don't have access to the members only section.

Good point, I guess it's safer to learn them both ways. When I took it (2008) it was still "Kingdom", but it's only one more term to learn. Why not cover all the bases?

Good luck tomorrow and let us know how it goes.

LOL! No, now it's Dumb King Philip Came Over For Group Sex. The Bio test wasn't too hard, i think about half of it i guessed on, and i got a 63/80 and that was with studying for one day. But if your going to take it, I recommend studying photosynthesis, lysosomes, processes that happen with clotting after a cut, and there is quite abit more to look into i used Cliff Notes glossary and did fine cytosol=cytoplasm can't forget that. If your gonna take it, give yourself about a week to study for it if you were recently in a Biology class, and a few weeks if you haven't Smile Good Luck.

While i'm thinking about it, you may also want to cover meiosis(germ(sex) cells), mitosis, Krebs cycle, Glycosis, ATP, ADP, FAD, FAD+, Energy levels from producers to consumers. Good luck if you are taking it soon Smile
