7 months and I'm DONE!!! w/my Masters degree from Amberton
#1
The graduation ceremony is tomorrow. I won't be there in Texas, but I will be celebrating!!!

Woohoo!!!!

I am done with my Masters of Arts in Professional Development degree, along with my Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management.

YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very happy, and scared at the same time. I need a job, yet a yearning feeling to continue on to obtain a doctorate degree is hitting on me. Well, let me stop thinking right now... and celebrate... what I just accomplished....

I'm not sure... I'm looking for an online doctorate degree in adult education. Hopefully, one that doesn't require the GRE. One that is the most economical, with the least credits needed, and the least residency required. Yeah, I'm asking for the moon...

Wow! That is so fast! You have been working really hard to earn this and you deserve a great celebration! Congratulations!!

Please keep us updated on your plans. I know that a lot of us would love to get a master's degree, too. I did not know that it was possible to get a doctorate through distance learning. Very interesting!

The courses were very good, and not overwhelming. There usually are not that many assignments to do, in most courses. This could be a double edge sword though, because you may have only 4 assignments to do in a class. However, that means that each assignment is 25% of your grade. So, there is no room for that initial assignment mistake, to get your feet wet. The professors will try their best to make sure you understand what they are looking for though, to keep that from happening.
