I was leaning towards TESU so I sent my transcript to them and below is what I received credit for (13.99 credits). My plan is to either use Sophia or Study.com to get in as many credits as I am allowed to transfer over then enroll and finish what I need to finish thru TESU. A few questions:
*Can you use just one (Sophia or just Study.com) to get all of your transfer credits done? It seems like a lot of people that have posted here have used both so just wondering why you wouldn't just use one?
*Which courses would be the quickest to take thru Sophia or Study to get my max # of transfer credits allowed?
*I saw the post below where it's talking about having to write 8 papers vs 1 paper. I honestly have no idea how any of this works as far as capstone & everything else. Should I not do TESU?
*Is there a specific degree that is quicker than another? I just need a Bachelor's Degree to check the box for promotion BUT if I do have a few potential paths with my career so if one of these were to be just as quick that would be great (HR, Business Management, PMP, Finance (CFO position)).
I do have a disability that makes retaining information difficult and it will eventually (10 years or so from now) make my career very tough unless I could do something working from home so I've been thinking potentially HR or CPA in the back of my mind as that is something I could work from home. I'm trying to re-start my entire financial life after a divorce wiped me out then ended up in and out of hospitals for a few years so I'm trying to make as much money as I can the next 10 years before I end up having to have a job working at home. I was offered a VP position 3 years ago but wanted to think over the offer and ended up in the hospital with Covid then Pneumonia then Long Covid then Narcolepsy so all of my 25 years of hard work went away because it's taken me 3 years to get back on track (even though I feel like my brain only works 50% of what it used to).
Sorry for such a long reply but I just have a lot riding on this so I don't want to mess this up as this is going to be extremely hard for me to do between my brain not wanting to wake up and working 70 hours a week already because it takes me twice as long to do things as it used to. Thanks!
