Don't know them, but great story. I wish I could bottle his good sense and foresight to sprinkle over all these kids taking crazy loans to earn degrees at so called religious institutions. This kid has OPTIONS and great mentors I suspect he will go far in his ministry.

great story!
I think the key is that he planned the degree; this kind of motivation is internally gifted, it doesn't work when the parent does all the driving (not that I would ever be guilty of such craziness....<cough>)
