If the OP was open to non technical degree options, they may have already completed (or extremely close) the requirements for a BA in ART at TESU with all those UL Art prefixes. We don't talk about the ART major at TESU here often at all, because it is near impossible to get the UL requirements through low cost or alternative methods. However this OP has many LL and UL ART prefix courses already. https://www.tesu.edu/heavin/ba/art And again, any missing LL Gen Eds should be able to get covered cheaply with Sophia. That would put TESU at less than $7k (the two required courses and the residency waiver).
