Received TESC evaluation -- reconsidering COSC |

I received my TESC evaluation, and didn't get the best news for BSBA CIS or Liberal Studies. I have 38 credits needed for the Bachelors in Liberal Studies, or 42 for either the BSBA-gen management, or BSBA-cis. I do have enough for the AAS in Applied Computer Studies degree though.
I have a few different options from here...
1. TESC Liberal Studies + AAS Total cost will be approx. $4550
2. TESC BSBA - Gen Management + AAS, $4650
3. Both Bachelor degrees + AAS (I have no plan for a masters degree) approx. $6050
OR I could go with COSC, and get a Bachelors in Individualized Studies (business, marketing, and applied computer studies) which will cost me about $3500, but will take longer. Love the cost...not the actual classes because I've been a bit burnt out in that area.
I don't NEED any particular degree, but would like to have some marketability if I ever did have a need. With that being said...what do you think is my best option? Multiple degrees, or just one that is more targeted towards my strengths?
Thanks in advance.

I have to write a statement of purpose for a post-bac certificate program. I have never had to do one of these and I'm wondering if anyone has any pointers that they have learned from submitting these statements. I'm limited to 300-500 words. I have been looking around some websites, but I'm looking for real feedback from schools. I figured there has to be a few from here that have experience with a statement of purpose!

Looking for an Online Graphic Design Course |

I'm trying to find a good, solid online (or self-study) graphic design course. This is just for personal enrichment, not to fulfill any sort of requirements. I'm hoping to use what I learn at the small business where I work. I do marketing, advertising, and website admin.
I've browsed online, but if anyone has some past experience with online graphic design courses, please let me know. Thanks!

Dantes is instituting a pilot program where they are going to pay for the registration fees at National Testing Centers for the next year. If you're like me and your Education Services Officer is no longer allowed to administer the CLEP exams this will be a good way to save the 20-50$ fee's that we're paying to register just to sit at a University computer terminal.. I attached a copy of the newsletter for your use which is also available on the DoD Dantes website located here. Enjoy!

Hi,
I remember back in the day one could get their English among other classes on an official transcript from Fort Hayes State. Is there anyother SL partner school that does this now? I would like to know because I would like to transcribe that course as well as Biology plus Lab and transfer it to Humboldt State. I don't think English will be a problem on an ACE transcript, but I am a little more worried about the Biology course with lab.
Thanks!
Jacob

I only used insta cert to study for this and went through the flashcards three times. My score was a 50 (48 to pass). The test was very difficult and hardly any of the questions matched up with IC questions. I suggest while you are going through the flashcards, that you do research on topics you don't understand and get info that will increase comprehension.
