It's all gone now. If you didn't save a personal copy for reference, the unfortunate reality is that you're not going to be able to tell which courses you completed and are now missing from your Acclaim account. Acclaim is the only way to get ACE credits now.
I was told before they will automatically be converted to an acclaim account and we don’t need to do anything.

Told by whom? Earlier in the thread? It did seem like that's what they were saying but that really does not seem to be the case. I don't think it's happening like that.

This is absolutely inexcusable. All my TEEX and Shmoop (yes there are still colleges who were accepting Shmoop) and Sophia credits are gone and I have no real way to retrieve them. The only thing on my Credly transcript so far is SDC and Straighterline.

You can ask Sophia to manually add them to Credly. Sophia can also be sent by an electronic transcript through Parchment. TESU doesn't accept them from Parchment for Sophia for some reason, but many other schools do.

What schools were still accepting Shmoop?

Oh really, I haven't tried adding anything to my Credly account, let me create one and see what this fuss is all abooot! I am so glad I paid that $15 to have a transcript sent to TESU one final time, so "someone" has it! I wonder if it's too late to have them forward me that email as well... hmm... wait, I asked them to do that the day I sent the request in and it's been a couple weeks! ARGH, they didn't DO IT!

Unless their policy has changed in the interim, users have reported UMPI and Excelsior both accept Shmoop.

I called them before they said we should get migrated

This is  really awful. How all our hard work is gone?

I requested my transcript early on Nov 30, checked the status a few times in the afternoon and it was stuck on Processing. They charged my card the $15, but of course there is no way to check the status now and zero email communication from Ace. I guess I'm stuck waiting a couple weeks to see if TESU gets it. I have 4 Sophia courses from July and October to get transferred. My older credits I transferred last year. 4 courses left. Time to finish this degree before anything else gets dropped suddenly. It is shocking at how suddenly this happened, and then to just immediately disable us from at least viewing our accounts is ridiculous.

There's no reason I can think of to suspect that your transcript won't go out.  If it was for electronic delivery, then on the same screen it should have said "(one hour)".  In my experience, when the ACENet Transcript Status screen reports "In Process", that means it has gone out to the institution, but it has not been "reviewed" or opened by them yet.

In any case, closing the student portal doesn't mean they stopped processing the transcript requests that were already in the hopper.  The major concern is more likely to be with legacy ACE credits that predate the Credly/Acclaim transition, possibly to include credits from providers that have closed.  Another issue is whether or not all schools who readily accept traditional ACENet transcripts will accept them from Credly/Acclaim.  A backup option at this point is Parchment, although some DF members have described challenges with Parchment as well.

That's good to know. Thank you! I thought maybe the status changed to 'Sent' once Ace sends it.  It was an electronic (within one hour) transcript. I'm working on setting up Credibly anyway since I have more SDC and SL to take and I imagine Sophia will get it worked out for the pre-November credits.

Yet another example of why you want to finish school as fast as possible and transfer in your credits as fast as possible.

In my situation, all I have left is study.com courses, so I should be ok.

Sophia are we still waiting on instructions on how to get badges old credits?

For Study.com, do you know how to transfer them to TESU? Is it still through ACE Acclaim?
