Mathematics GRE, difficult?

Hey, so I saw an inspiring post regarding COSC's potential reduced costs and took a look at their Mathematics Concentration. They can award 24 credits for a good GRE score, but I think I might not be prepared for it yet. In college I was mostly doing math but I guess I have forgotten a lot. It looks like quite a heavy test (judging from the sample test I downloaded) and I'd have a long road of preparation for it.

I'm just wondering if anyone else here has written it, and can give their opinion on how tough they feel it is.
