If you don't have anything that would potentially duplicate the credits for this exam, you should call tomorrow.
I'm not at TESC, but the only times I've seen COSC deny DSST/CLEP credits is for duplicates or failed grades. If you're sure that you exceeded TESC's minimum score for credit, it could be a mistake.
