Why not take more CLEP,DSST,TECEP,ECE exams and be done in even less time? I don't know the specifics, but around here UofP has a rep as low quality and high cost.
I did 35 credits in 7 months on a not too stressful schedule while working 1/2 to full time. I did a mixture of testing, classes, FEMA and Aleks. All for under $3000 at TESC.
