I would agree with this one. It is most important to learn the types of questions that you will see on the exam, and the free sample questions on the content guide do this just nicely.

ECE's have a way of trying to confuse you with the way a question is worded. If you are familiar with the sample questions, then you will have a good grasp of how they try to do this, and what kind of an answer they are looking for.
