If you have taken psych exams prior to this one then you should have a good foundation. You purchase the practice tests on the EC website (after you register for the main exam). The practice tests will indicate how well you know the material and are a great study tool. The practice tests show you what to focus on and they give you the rationale for each correct answer. If you find practice tests helpful then these are totally worth the money. If you are a flashcard person then I would stick with that. It's up to you as what is more helpful. I use the flashcards only as a reinforcement of the material-- I do not use flashcards as my main source of information or study tool. The practice tests and reading a used textbook helped me the most for this exam.
