I contacted Excelsior today and they told me that it would be 12 credits per degree if I go for a 2nd bachelors degree which is my plan, I didn't ask about an associates but if they are related sounds reasonable to have a different policy.
You can't apply for graduation for both degrees at the same time as they only allow you to enroll in one program.
If you are enrolled in the Bachelors and you have all the requirements for the associates complete, you could request a change of program and graduate from the Associates. If you are getting the Bachelors in the same field I don't knwo if another set of 12 credits would be required (I hope they don't)
That is something worth of finding out. If anybody can figure it out for the benefit of the DL community it would be awesome!
