There are product know where you can take labs virtually.
Even if you did have to go to a B&M school for the 1 hour lab credit haveing the course credit out of the way so you could free up your time for other prereqs would be a boon.
Of course this would work best for people who've have a good high school or college science foundation....
I'd love to see this happen. I am nearly finished with Intro Chem, but I want gen 1 and 2 credit. I don't know how easy it would be to get ALEKS chem on a transcript, and for someone needing 8 cr, this might not fit the bill. In any event, I'm still on board. I think a great way to use this would be for a school that we know takes ACE courses or as prep for CLEP. Even still, I'm not 100% sure a person could get "lab" credit for the ALEKS chem....but we can hope
