Hey Guys--
I'm VERY SORRY about the huge downtime since yesterday afternoon!
Just my luck--I checked everything right before I left on a 12 hour bus ride (with no cell phone reception), and the problem occurs about 20 minutes after I head out the door.
As a result of this, I'll be putting another person in place to deal with these problems (in addition to myself) so that they're always resolved immediately in the future.
Again, I apologize for all of the hassle and inconvenience I must have caused you!
