Does this look like a functional plan?

I read that there was a cheaper way to satisfy the Information Literacy requirement through LSU or Penn Foster, by I was unable to find this. Also do you know if the UExcel College Writing exam can be applied toward the Written English Requirement?

Do you have any suggestions for additional exams to help fill in any more credits I will need?
