I took the test a few weeks ago on 7 days of study and passed it, but when I pressed the "are you sure" button I was certain I'd failed it. This test had nothing to do with ethics...it was a glorified philosophy test.
If you are serious about taking this test I recommend spending most of your time on the last 2-4 sets of flashcards on this site, which are indicative of the types of questions you'll see on the test. They are wordy and highly theoretical. I've passed 6 Dantes tests in the last 8 weeks and this one was by far the hardest. Know your philosophers, and be prepared for a headache!
