how do you post a poll on this forum?

I wanted to make a poll this morning instead of writing something but I couldnt post it even after clicking the little poll thing at the bottom. Anyway, nothing popped up?
Are we able to post polls on here ?

The poll doesn't pop up when you click on the button. First you write out your post, then you click the poll option, then you submit your message. It will bring you to a page for setting up the poll.
