I think the issue with Excelsior was trying to get them transferred into a Masters program at Excelsior, as they require a grade of at least a B to transfer in grad credits.
But if you are looking to take them and get them accepted as upper level credits towards a Bachelors with pass / fail grading , then you would need to ask an advisor at EC as that is a different scenario.
