The Humanities CLEP is about 50% Literature - and the rest is split between art, music, drama, architecture, theatre, etc. I found IC to be pretty good for this test - especially since there are photos of the paintings. On my test - there wasn't a whole lot of art questions - and the questions were about major works of art.
Do you have the REA or Comex book? I found the Comex book to be the best help for this test. If you can get your hands on a copy of that, that should help you a lot. If you can't get a copy of it, don't fret - IC should be all you need if you just want to pass.
See if your local library has The Annotated Mona Lisa book Amazon.com: The Annotated Mona Lisa: A Crash Course in Art History from Prehistoric to Post-Modern (9780740768729): Carol Strickland: Books - that's a great resource for studying the art part. It goes far and beyond what you need for the CLEP, but if you are worried about the art section, I'd get this book.
I found this test to be rather easy - you should do fine
