I end up using mine for bills all the time. IT SUCKS. As im paying off my student loans in the next 20 bizillion years all i will be thinking about is how Direct tv is costing me so much money. hilarious
As far as clep and financial aid you are correct they do not take fafsa. If you are non military i believe they are up to 80$ or 90$ a test now freaking ridiculous if you ask me. Not like they have overhead or offices. They have one main office somewhere in an industrial park im sure.
