I called tesc and asked about this, the person I spoke with advised me to apply to a defined degree program for evaluation and then for a Learner-Designed Area of Study. My intention is to do a series of case studies to:
demonstrate mastery on a variety of subjects
develop useful models
determine effective tools based on measurable results
If I can combine flexability of requirements from tesc, I can actually get paid to earn my degree.
