What English test will Excelsior accept?

My school here in Florida accepted CLEP Eng Comp with Essay for 3 credits and Prof and Tech.

You can fulfill EC's Written English Requirement with a statement from another regionally accredited college stating that you have fulfilled that school's freshman composition requirement. Do you think you can get a letter from an advisor or a dean at that school stating that you've fulfilled that's schools freshman composition requirement?

Also, if you have taken two or more courses that are designated as "writing-intensive, writing-emphasis" courses, then the Written English Requirement can be met that way. The Florida Public University System refers to these courses as the Gordon rule writing courses. If you've taken two Gordon rule writing courses, you may be able to use those as fulfillment of your WER.
