I agree that you should enroll and submit coursework to TESC at least 3-4 months before the graduation date. They require applying for graduation 2 months before, plus at least 4 weeks, usually 6-7 weeks in my experience, to update transcripts.
I had all my coursework in by this past June and will graduate with a BA in History in September.
I read here somewhere that TESC was like a "stubborn mule" that needed constant prodding and pushing. In areas of communication I would agree with that assessment, but overall TESC fulfilled my expectations and I am graduating on time.
