I've taken several of the TESC classes. The process is smooth but be sure to plan ahead. They need to send the exam and you need to schedule a couple hours where the librarian can proctor it. Hint: talk to her (mine was a sweet lady) ahead of time.
TESC sends the exam to her and you get a proctor form. The librarian proctors your exam and then mails it back. All in all a good process, but as I said before plan ahead!
