Thanks so much. I looked at SL yesterday but wasn't sure if I could "use" one of the schools. Fort Hayes actually made my short list but didn't have a distance degree in Psych (switched from Sociology). I applied at SUNY ESC when I realized I still needed to take a lot of classes and they were cheaper than Excelsior. Ultimately I think I will be applying to Excelsior and transferring everything there (hence looking at their requirements).
