My Long term degree plan is somewhat similar. Having worked In engineering based companies for 20 years I highly recommend A BS in business Operational Management. It would be useful if you ever decide to purse your double masters and get into engineering management.
I am not sure what area of the country you are in or what you local colleges offer for engineering but it's possible that you may want to skip your BS in engineering altogether and go strait for your Masters and save time with a program like this
