I'd have to say Analyzing and Interpreting Liturature for me. I say that from the stand point that I did zero studying. You can either do it or you can't. You could study and pick up a few literary terms but I don't think it would be enough to materially impact your score. It's also six credits instead of three.
Sociology is easy but you will find people on this board that have followed that advice and failed. You will need to study for that exam and be familiar with the material.
If you can read a Shakespeare play and have a rough idea what is going on...
Go for A&I Lit.
With all CLEP exams be sure and at the very least complete the questions on the study guide. They will usually help with a few real exam questions...
