TECEPs are paper based tests (I think there are a couple eTECEPs, but I have no idea how they work). It depends on the test whether they are multiple choice or essay. You just have to get your proctor approved with them. I used my local library. The fees depend on whether you are an enrolled student or not. I think it's $240.00 for an enrolled student, $480.00 for anyone else.
