Advice needed for TESC Business core/IT requirement

Hello,
Can you suggest me what are my choices to complete following requirements:

1)BUS-311Business in Society or MAN-372 International Management
2)BUS-421 Business Policy (3)
3)Programming Language (3) e.g. C, C++ or PASCAL

I searched penn foster and couldn't find anything for first 2 and programming language class is very expensive there.so really need your suggestions.

TECEP- how does that work? is it online or paper? Multiple choice? And do we have to go to some testing center for it or just look for a proctor?? have any idea on fee??
