Took two exams this morning...Principles of Marketing and General Anthropology.
Principles of Marketing...took this one cold. Overall, it's not a killer, but definately not a gimme. A little bit of terminology and a lot of concepts and applications. Many situational questions...ie 'Given these specific circumstances, the marketing department of company XYZ should do _____ if they want to achieve these specific results. Scored a 66.
General Anthropology...this is the first exam I've actively studied for. I have no prior knowledge in the subject so I was fairly nervous. I put in 3-4 hours of studying. I took all of the subjects mentioned in the specific feedback section and looked them up on Wikipedia. I also studied a couple of anthropology overviews on various college websites and also read the SparksChart last night. This test was a lot deeper/specific than I anticipated. Needed a 47 to pass, and I scored a 52 for a B at Excelsior.
