Today, I went back into the course, did a couple of modules as refreshers, requested another assessment, and hit 78% complete. I then immediately logged out of ALEKS, logged into ACE, and submitted the course as complete. Went to grab a drink, came back a few minutes later, refreshed the ACE screen, and found that ALEKS had already approved the course - in less than 5 minutes from submission! So, in less than 24 hours, 3 more credits and a math requirement complete! :-) Gotta love the ALEKS corp's fantastic level of customer service - it's so rare nowadays....
